Colleen Wood, M.Cl.Sc. S-LP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Colleen received her Masters of Clinical Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western University in London, Ontario. Colleen has experience working with children of all ages. She has experience assessing and treating children with the following communication difficulties: late talkers, speech speech sound delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), reading/literacy delays, stuttering, motor speech disorders, scripting and delayed echolalia, receptive and expressive language delays, augmentative alternative communication (AAC), and those with genetic syndromes.
Colleen has invested in specialized training and courses to better serve her clients. She is certified or trained in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), Lidcombe Stuttering Program, PECS communication system, SMARTER Intervention for literacy, Hanen It Takes Two To Talk, DIRFloortime program.
In her spare time Colleen loves spending time with her family and friends and tackling DIY projects.
As a former athlete, she has a passion for playing sports and giving back to the community through the Arnold Anderson Sport Fund as a board member.
